2) When you have filled out the special order form please press the "submit button". You will receive a reply email after a few minutes. If not, please check your email address and try again.

3) Within a week you will get your confirmation and payment details. For PayPal payment please follow the instructions. (Due to holidays or sale completion might take longer.)

4) As soon as we have confirmed your payment the merchandise will be shipped. When you order on sale items and not on sale items(reseravtion) together, we ship all items together after items have arrived at the warehouse of Innocent World.
入金確認後、ご注文の商品が揃い次第発送します。発売中の商品とご予約商品を同時に購入された場合、全ての商品が入荷してからまとめて発送します。
We accept payment by PayPal sent in Japanese Yen. A PayPal account is required to pay.

The paid amount of money is "merchandise price" plus "delivery fee". You will get a payment request about the amount you have to pay for your order. Please do so within a week.

We will use EMS(Express Mail Service) to ship your order. Monday to Friday only.

We cannot accept the return or exchange of your merchandise if:
-you don't like the color or the size does not fit you.
-Merchandise on sale is excluded from return or exchange.
