To put an item currently for sale on layaway, you must leave a 10% deposit.
Please come back to the store within 2 weeks to purchase the item(s).
If the request for layaway is called in, we can put the item on hold for you the day after it goes on sale to the public.
Within a week after you make your layaway order by phone, please visit the store nearest you purchase the item(s).
If you do not pick up your item from the store location within 1 week your layaway hold will be automatically cancelled.

In principle, we do not accept cancellations.
Please make reservations and layaway requests carefully.
If you do cancel, we will not permit you to use the reservation or layaway systems again.
In addition, please be aware that we cannot refund your deposit.

As not to disturb the surrounding neighborhood, we ask that you please not line up in front of our stores more than 15 minutes before opening.
If there a large amount of customers waiting to get into the store, we will make a lottery drawing to allow customers to enter, which may not necessarily be based on the order in which customers arrived.

Additionally, if our store is based in a shopping mall, please adhere to that mall's rules and regulations.
