2:We cannot guarantee that your luggage will not be damaged or lost. Can you agree?

• Because the number of freight flights has decreased, there is a possibility that the international exchange office is congested. Therefore, luggage may be damaged, lost, or significantly delayed. Please note that we can not guarantee anything.

3:You may be charged an additional fee. Can you agree?

• If the item is returned to us due to a flight not being able to fly due to lockdown during transportation, or the area is not deliverable as stated in ①, etc., please pay additional shipping fee for reshipment.

4:If your order was unable to ship, you will receive a refund. Can you agree?

• If your package cannot be shipped due to lockdown after payment of your order, we will store the item for up to 30 days from the shipping date as an exception.
• If the delivery of EMS is not reopened after 30 days, you will receive a refund with a 1650 yen deduction for service fee.
• *If there is a lock down during transportation, the refund amount will be calculated by subtracting both the service fee of 1650yen and shipping fee.
